E-shop terms and conditions<\/h1>\r\nPumbajaam O\u00dc, reg. code 12393140 (hereinafter the Seller) and the customer who places an order in the Seller’s e-shop and identifies themselves by entering personal data in the order (hereinafter the Buyer), have entered into an e-shop agreement (hereinafter the Agreement).\r\n

  • E-SHOP<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n1.1 Pumbajaam E-shop (hereinafter the E-shop) is an online store created by the Seller, which enables the sale of goods to the Buyer.\r\n
      \r\n \t
    • GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n2.1. In regulating their relations, the parties to the Agreement are guided by the Law of Obligations Act and other laws and legislative acts of the Republic of Estonia, as well as the agreed e-shop agreement. 2.2. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the e-shop service and the terms of use without prior notice.\r\n

      • PRODUCTS AND PURCHASING<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n3.1 Products displayed in the e-shop are generally in stock. 3.2 If a product is out of stock and the order cannot be fulfilled, the Seller will contact the Buyer to notify them of a new possible delivery time, offer a replacement product of equivalent price and quality, or provide a refund. Refunds will be issued to the Buyer immediately, but no later than within 14 days of placing the order. 3.3 Images of products are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the actual product. Discrepancies in products found in the e-shop are not exhaustive and may contain unintentional errors. 3.5 The Buyer confirms that they are at least 18 years old. 3.6 The Buyer selects the desired product and undertakes to provide the data required to fulfill the order and pay for the products via an online banking link, credit card, or invoice. 3.7 The Buyer is obliged to provide truthful information when placing an order. The Seller is not responsible for incorrect data provided by the Buyer and the resulting consequences, including the possible non-fulfillment of the order. 3.8 The sale takes place once the Buyer has placed the order through the e-shop website and paid for the order. \r\n
          \r\n \t
        • PRICES<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n4.1. All prices in the e-shop are in euros and include VAT. 4.2. The Seller has the right to change the prices displayed in the e-shop at any time. If prices in the e-shop have changed after the Buyer has placed and paid for an order, the Seller undertakes to deliver the products to the Buyer at the price that was valid at the time of the order. The Buyer is not entitled to claim compensation for the price difference. \r\n

          • DELIVERY TIME AND TERMS<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n5.1 The Buyer has the right to choose between two different shipping methods. 5.1.1 Within the Republic of Estonia, goods are delivered to the Buyer using transport organized by the Seller. 5.1.2 The Buyer can pick up garden houses from the Seller’s warehouse at Risu tee 2, Pihva village, Tartu County. 5.1.3 The exact delivery time will be agreed upon in writing between the Buyer and the Seller. 5.2 If the Buyer has chosen the Seller’s transport as the delivery method, the Buyer must pay for the transport after it has been carried out. The Seller will perform the transport within 14 days, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. 5.3 If the Buyer has chosen to pick up the goods themselves, they will be notified by phone or email when the goods are ready for collection. This information will be provided to the Buyer as soon as possible, but no later than within 5 working days after the funds have been received in the Seller’s bank account. 5.4 Ordered goods are handed over only to the Buyer upon presentation of an identity document. Goods will be handed over to third parties only by agreement with the Buyer. 5.5 In the case of the Buyer’s own transport, goods are issued only from Monday to Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. 5.6 When releasing goods to the Buyer’s transport, a date is agreed upon, but a specific time cannot be booked; loading takes place on a first-come, first-served basis. \r\n

            • WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n6.1 If the Buyer wishes to withdraw from the agreement after placing the order but before the Seller has fulfilled it, the Buyer undertakes to notify the Seller in writing. The written notice must be sent to the email address pood@pumbajaam.ee. The email must include details of the order (purchased goods) from which the party wishes to withdraw, as well as the Buyer’s contact details (first name, surname, date of order, contact telephone). 6.2 If the withdrawal notice reaches the Seller after the Seller has already fulfilled the agreement, the withdrawal shall take place in accordance with the “Right of Withdrawal” chapter of this agreement. 6.3 A free right of withdrawal applies when purchasing products at regular prices.
